2025 Market
The house real estate market prices have been quite flat since June 2022 with some slight seasonal increases and decreases. To date this year – we are still seasonally slow. We do see sellers starting to plan to sell their homes – some in the next weeks and some later in the spring. Inventory is coming. We are not sure about the buyers as they seem to be taking their time. Many listings sat through the fall and are still sitting. Pricing is key…
