Spring is around the corner and buyers are eager to go. With higher interest rates, some budgets may be more limited but buyers are pushing their limits to buy homes. A house is still the most expensive yet most important purchase for many young buyers.

Even with low inventory and high demand prices have remained fairly flat since last June with a slight increase in prices in February. Houses are selling, some with multiple offers. Multiple offers does not always mean over list. Buyers are paying what they can and want.

It will be interesting to see what the spring brings.
