Sellers vs Buyers

There could be some good buys for buyers. Well maybe not super great deals but fair deals where buyers are actually able to negotiate. Having not been able to achieve the results they wanted with a lower price, sellers are upping their prices to reflect  more where they want to be in terms of price. With the higher prices sellers are sometimes reluctant to accept a lower price but with more inventory coming to the market the buyers are pushing back. The market feels like it is slowly starting to be more balanced. It doesn’t mean that the prices are lower – just means that crazy bidding is not always happening so prices may level. Special offerings that don’t come up often are still getting bid up.
