Motria Dzulynsky has always called Toronto’s west end home. Before pursuing real estate, she obtained a BSc in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto—and spent a decade working as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager.

In 1996, Motria changed course. She had owned and successfully managed a five-unit income property in High Park, and this experience helped inspire a career change. Opting for real estate, she joined RE/MAX Professionals Inc.

During her more than 25 years in the industry, Motria has assisted clients with residential and commercial real estate, as well as property investments and rentals. She has served generations of buyers and sellers, acquiring a reputation for honesty, insight, and personalized service.

Motria has also earned numerous honours for her work. Most notably, she was included in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, and Chairman’s Club, Titans Club and she’s received the Diamond Club Award. Her sales numbers have also placed her in the top 1% of agents in the City of Toronto since 2015 and have continued to do so every year.

Motria currently lives in the Kingsway with her husband, Ostap, and their two children. They’re a family of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy camping, skiing, and hiking. Together, they’ve explored the West Coast Trail and Rocky Mountains—and they’re just getting started.

Simply put, Eva Stec is all about people. She derives immense joy from meeting and learning about people’s lives, dreams, and real estate goals! Working in Real Estate has been an absolute delight for Eva as she has a chance to connect and learn about people with all different backgrounds. She is honoured to help buyers find the perfect forever, starter, or investment home, and sellers upsize and downsize. Each real estate transaction is a new beginning, and she is privileged to be part of the transition.

Eva began her real estate journey selling homes in New Jersey in the late-1990s before returning to Toronto and becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in Canada. Eva’s philosophy is to meet her clients where they are. She has developed strategies to help different types of buyers and sellers, be it virtual, in person, or giving extra attention to ensure complete comfort. She knows, understands, and accommodates the requirements of different ages and stages of life.

Eva’s priority for buyers and sellers is to offer an impeccable level of service. She goes the extra mile to include time-saving steps for her clients, such as personal advice and arranging a home pre-inspection to be fully transparent, peace of mind to buyers and sellers, and expediting offers. Eva immigrated from Eastern Europe to Toronto with her family at the age of 13, making her fluent in Ukrainian and Polish. Eva has a non-judgement and honest approach to life and real estate. Knowing a client’s genuine and sincere intentions regarding lifestyle, preferred location, financial commitment, and real estate must-haves ensure she presents properties that deliver. She considers herself partners with her clients and focuses on what will make them happy. Her role is to guide and navigate the often stressful GTA market with experience and precision. Eva has a deep love of the arts, evident in her style, pose, and acknowledgment of the beauty that surrounds us. She majored in fine arts and experimental visual arts at OCAD and spent many years playing and studying violin at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Eva has a deep appreciation for painting, dance, literature, and theatre and believes the arts deepen her understanding of the world by widening her perspective of culture and people. With a zest for trying new things, she believes it is never too late to follow your dreams or take up a new hobby – and encourages her friends and clients to do the same! She shares her love of the arts with her daughter, Sophia, who studied ballet for many years. They enjoy taking long walks exploring neighbourhoods throughout the city together. After a walk, they rest at a cozy neighbourhood café with a steaming cup of coffee to meet locals and discuss exciting topics of the day. Anna graduated with a degree in Commercial Financing from the Sambir College of Economics and Informatics before further improving her skills in Accounting and Finance at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine. With a strong educational background in hand, she assumed a managerial role at an automotive center, where she provided oversight and strategic direction for a period of four years.
Driven by an unquenchable thirst for personal and professional growth, Anna made the life-altering decision to relocate to Canada. Upon her arrival, she enrolled at George Brown College to further broaden her academic horizons.
Outside the realm of her professional and academic pursuits and career, she has a deep passion for fishing and basketball, as well as an insatiable appetite for travel, allowing her to explore diverse cultures and landscapes.
After completing her studies at George Brown College in Canada, Anna embarked on a new career in real estate.
Anna is a highly skilled real estate assistant, proficient in various aspects of the real estate industry. Christina Lai grew up in Toronto’s west end. A graduate of York University, she received her B.A. Honours in Sociology and Post Degree Certificate in Human Resources.

Christina’s prior work experience includes over six years in customer service. She continued honing her skills as an HR coordinator, and eventually entered the real estate industry with a focus on new construction.

At The Motria Group, Christina’s background serves her well in her role as a sales representative and client services manager. Clients appreciate her pleasant demeanour, and the smooth real estate experiences she provides.

Outside of professional life, Christina enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her two dogs (Cookie and Cream).

Maksym currently owns and operates two successful restaurants, and also works as a realtor and an avid investor.

He is known for his extensive market knowledge and his ability to understand the unique needs of his clients. With his expert guidance, he has helped many clients find their dream homes, and has a deep understanding of the process of buying and selling property.

Cristina is a professional interior designer and stager. Cristina is the
client liaison and responsible for managing the home preparation, styling and
staging. Cristina has a Master’s degree from Kingston University in the UK and
loves working closely with clients to achieve the best and highest price.
